Although there are many great worship conferences and resources available, it can be expensive to send your entire team, very time consuming, and the conference may not deal with the specific needs of your ministry or church. The Worship Team Workshop is facilitated by Scott McFarland, a Worship Leader & Teambuilder, with a huge heart for worshiping God and a love for people. Your workshop can be customized to meet your needs and address topics/issues that you face in your worship team at a very affordable cost. Each workshop is designed to be Biblically based, fun filled, interactive, relaxed, and very educational. The workshops can be beneficial for everyone from worship team beginners to the most experienced worship team members. We encourage Pastors to participate with their team. Some churches may chose to invite worship teams from other churches in order to share ideas, share songs, and minimize the cost of the event. It is the decision of each church whether to charge for the workshop or not. The fees for conducting a workshop are based on the number of hours, travel cost and time to your location, and your budget. This ministry is willing to work within your budget and time schedule to insure that your worship team has a great experience and is growing together both musically and spiritually in the gifting and calling of worship.
